At first I was thinking, Finley - not girlie, but that was when I thought it was a name for a girl. Then I was like, wait. Michelle's having a boy. So I think it's a non-girlie name for a girl, but for a boy it sounds a little bit like a girl name. (Weird response, eh?)Finn is a great boy name, though. I agree with Aubrey.
That's the Trouble kids we like the name Finn for a boy, but it doesn't exactly flow with Tron. So, we're looking for a longer version for the name Finn. And Tron hates Finneus.
I love the name Finley, I think you could make it mausculine or feminine.
Do you really live in Logan Utah? I found your blog from Presser Foot. I moved here 2 years ago and know almost no one.I swear I'm not a huge goober... my email is adamsinhershey@yahoo.com You sew too??

Not girly.! I've wanted to name a boy that for many moons. But I think it looks cool with 2 n's. Finnley. Love it.
I think it sounds girly. Like Brinley. Finn is really cool though.

Agreed Finn is very boy, but Finley does sound a little girlish. I actually considered the name Finn for a boy but I have yet to have one!
agreed with above comments Finley is girlie, Finn is better.

i'm a little late on this, but we did agree that Finley was girlie...Mike suggested Finnder..kind of like the guitar, but not..:)
I know a BOY named Finley.
And I think it's pretty femmy.
I also know two little GIRLS in Utah named Finley.
Matthew likes Finley for a boy.
Finnegan? (just don't think of the song about poor old Michael Finnegan).

don't you DARE steal the name finn for a boy!! you should wait and use finley for a girl and then finn and finley can get married!
Too late Heather already taken. ha ha ha. That's the main contender. I didn't know you wanted Finn. All I knew of were Nate's republican names.
Finley, I agree, sounds like a girl. Finnegan does sound cute, or perhaps Finland :)
